I have to confess that I have not heard this Genesis record yet. It was the album artwork that caught my eye at Barnes and Noble that drew my interest to it. I plan on spinning it through Spotify this week. I lamented to Nate, who was browsing records with me, that I regretted not listening to more diverse musical styles in high school and college. I adopted the mindset that all music released by major labels with inferior to those released by DIY labels and then pigeon holed myself into the genres of hardcore and heavy metal music. It would be a little while before I realized how much great music I was depriving myself of.
